About Me
I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I have over 10 years’ experience in working with substance abuse individuals in both a residential, intensive and outpatient program. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, mental health, working with the elderly, adults and adolescence. I am certified in anger management and Co-occurring disorders as it relates to substance use or abuse.
I am a certified Life Coach. specialized in Relationship Coaching (couples, singles, family issues, and social skills) and Time management. Coaching is Not a Therapy.
I can help you complete Court Mandated Classes. Alcohol and drug evaluation, Anger Management, BIPP, DWIE, Parenting, and Youth Tobacco Awareness classes, Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) DOT Evaluations, and Substance Abuse Classes. We offer Christian Counseling.
Treatment Focus
My focus is to help individuals change their thinking process by utilizing cognitive behavioral modalities. Individuals will learn to respond to challenging situations by applying coping skills. We achieve this by working together to create a relapse prevention plan and a treatment plan tailored to your needs which allow you to stay on track with your recovery.
